Our first decorating course was kicked off by Greg Cleary. Greg has many years in the cake decorating business and has trained with the best from Ron Ben Israel to Alan Dunn. Greg's design and flowers have made him a sort after tutor. We were lucky enough to have him kick off our courses in Brisbane and the students produced their own works of art under his watchful eye. The edges on their cake were a site to behold!
The students learnt to cut, cover and level their cakes with ganache and fondant. They then learnt how to cover their boards the professional way. They then completed their creation with a stencil and colour of their choice. We think you will agree they all did amazing jobs!
